Held on the oceanfront lawns of the St. Simons Lighthouse, A Little Light Music is a unique experience where concert-goers are encouraged to bring picnics, lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy performances on select Sunday evenings April through September.
A Little Light Music Kicks off the 2010 Season:
April 18 - Sons of the Beach, a powerhouse entertainment duo that recreate all the songs you want to hear
May 16 - Island Garage Band, classic rock, covered, smothered, and scattered
June 6 - Harry O'Donoghue, master Irish folksinger, storyteller and songwriter
July 11 - 3 of Us, rich harmonies of rock and roll
August 8 - The Not Brothers Band, playing the music you know, from the 50s, 60s and 70s
September 5 - Sensational Sounds of Motown, Detroit's finest sounds
Individual event tickets are $10 per person at the gate. Children under 12 are admitted free.
